Browser support and offline behaviour
Supported browsers, what works on tablets, and what happens when the network drops.
The platform is a web application and runs in a current browser on desktop, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install.
It needs a connection
There is no offline mode. A sale that cannot reach the server is not recorded, and the cart is kept so you can complete it once the connection is back.
Screen size
The counter is designed to be resized: the divider between products and cart is draggable, which is what makes a smaller screen workable.
