Stripe

Live

Accept card payments at the counter — no terminal hardware needed.

Take card payments directly in the POS using Stripe's hosted Payment Element. Customer presents their card, your team enters the details in a secure iframe (SAQ A compliant), and the payment lands in your own Stripe account. Refunds, 3-D Secure and disputes are reconciled by webhook automatically.

Square Terminal

Live

Pair Square Terminal hardware and accept tap, dip, or swipe.

Connect your Square seller account and pair physical Square Terminal devices to each of your stores. Hit pay in our POS, the terminal lights up, the customer completes the transaction, and the sale closes — all reconciled by webhook.

2-click OAuth connectPOS Hardware

Xero

Live

Push every invoice and POS sale straight into Xero as ACCREC.

Every finalised invoice and POS receipt syncs to your Xero organisation as a paid or authorised ACCREC invoice. Tax codes, branding themes and revenue accounts are configurable. Payments received in our suite mark the Xero invoice as paid in one step.

2-click OAuth connectAccounting

QuickBooks Online

Live

Sync invoices and POS receipts into QuickBooks Online automatically.

Invoices push as QuickBooks Invoices (with optional email-on-send) and POS sales push as SalesReceipts deposited to your nominated account. Item refs, tax codes and customer matching are configured per-realm.

2-click OAuth connectAccounting

MYOB

Coming soon

Sync invoices and POS sales straight into MYOB Business.

Invoices and POS receipts will flow into your MYOB Business file the same way they do for Xero and QuickBooks today — tax codes, accounts and customer matching configurable per organisation.

Shopify

Coming soon

Sell refurbs and accessories online with inventory synced to the POS.

Products, stock levels and orders will sync both ways between your Shopify store and the suite, so an online sale draws down the same inventory your counter sells from.

WooCommerce

Coming soon

Connect your WooCommerce store and keep stock in one place.

Connect a WooCommerce site with REST API keys and keep products, stock and orders in step with the suite — no double-entry between your webshop and the counter.

Tyro

Coming soon

Pair Tyro EFTPOS terminals for tap, dip and swipe at the counter.

Pair Tyro EFTPOS machines to each store the same way Square Terminal pairs today — hit pay in our POS, the terminal wakes up, and the sale reconciles automatically.

Bank EFTPOS via Linkly

Coming soon

Drive your bank's own EFTPOS terminal — NAB, CommBank, ANZ, Westpac and more.

Linkly Cloud connects the integrated PIN pad your bank already supplies. One connection covers NAB, CommBank, ANZ, Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA, Suncorp, Nuvei (formerly Till Payments), Zeller, Live Payments, Wpay and Fiserv in Australia, plus Skyzer and Verifone terminals in New Zealand. Hit pay in our POS, the terminal wakes up, and the result comes straight back — no extra hardware, and your merchant rates stay with your bank.

Maya

Beta

Take PHP payments online and by QR Ph — for Philippine businesses.

Connect your own Maya Business account and take payments in Philippine pesos. At the counter the POS shows a QR Ph code the customer scans with Maya, GCash or their bank's app; on an invoice, the pay-by-link page sends them to Maya's hosted checkout for card or e-wallet. Money lands in your Maya account, and refunds are issued from the suite. Maya has no cloud API for its card terminals, so this does NOT drive a physical Maya card reader — it is online and QR payments only. In beta: built and verified end-to-end against Maya's sandbox, and we're onboarding our first Philippine merchants now — get in touch and we'll walk yours through.

Bank EFTPOS terminals

Coming soon

One Linkly Cloud connection drives the integrated terminal your bank already supplies — no extra hardware to buy, and your merchant rates stay exactly where they are.

Outside Australia and New Zealand, in-person card payments are covered by Square Terminal and Stripe.

Built to stay in sync

Set up in minutes

OAuth in two clicks for Xero, QuickBooks and Square. Paste a Stripe restricted key — done.

Reconciled by default

Every invoice, receipt and payment lands in your accounting platform with the right tax codes and accounts.

Your accounts, isolated

Each shop owns its own connected accounts. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Retries built in

A transient outage at Stripe or Xero won't drop a sale — the sync queue retries with exponential backoff.
