Held sales

A held sale parks the current cart so the counter is free for the next customer. Held sales are listed per store, most recent first, and each one can carry a label so it is identifiable — a customer name works well.

A held sale records which staff member parked it.

The access matrix lists pos.hold, which plain staff hold by default, and it is enforced on the server — for listing held sales as well as parking and removing them, since resuming a parked cart needs the list.
