Sales reports
Revenue by store, category, staff member, tender and time of day.
Three of the six standard reports are sales reports: Sales by staff, Sales by category and Sales by tender. They live in Reporting → Reports, follow your period and store, and export to CSV. See Standard reports.
Alongside them, sales history lists transactions for a store and is where you find a specific sale; the dashboard summarises a period at a glance.
Payment types are distinguished in reporting — cash, card, EFTPOS, split, gift card and store credit each report separately, which is what makes end-of-day reconciliation possible. Sales by tender breaks a split payment back into its legs, so the totals still add up.
The access matrix lists pos.view_reports for this, given to supervisors and above by default. It is not enforced at the API today.
