Staff performance
Per-staff revenue, throughput, average sale and target attainment.
Every sale, refund, adjustment and register session records the staff member responsible, because sensitive actions are approved by PIN rather than by a shared login. That attribution is what makes per-staff reporting possible.
Sales by staff in Reports is the report that uses it: sales, units, gross, refunds, net and average basket for each person, over any period. Refunds follow the original sale's attribution, so a refund lands on whoever made the sale rather than whoever processed the return. Active staff who sold nothing still appear as a zero row — an empty line is a finding too. Sales taken without a staff member attached group under Unattributed.
Targets can be set per store as a share of a company-wide monthly target, and progress against them shows at the till while the shift runs. See Targets.
