Integrations overview
What connects today, how credentials are stored and how to test a connection.
Four integrations are live today, in three categories:
| Integration | Category | How you connect | Self-disconnect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments | Your own API keys | Yes |
| Square Terminal | POS hardware | OAuth | Yes |
| Xero | Accounting | OAuth | Yes |
| QuickBooks Online | Accounting | OAuth | Yes |
Where integrations live
Everything is connected from one place: Settings → Integrations. Pick the integration's tile and follow the steps on its panel. The Integrations tab is only visible to owners and admins — if you cannot see it, ask the account owner to connect the integration or to change your role.
Checking a connection
Each integration reports its own status, so you can see whether it is connected and working rather than finding out at the counter. All four can be disconnected by you without contacting support.
Failed syncs are retried
Pushing a document to an accounting system can fail for reasons that have nothing to do with you — the other service being briefly unavailable, for instance. Failed syncs are retried automatically rather than being dropped silently.
What is not an integration
Outgoing email and SMS are configured in Settings rather than here. See Email and SMTP and SMS provider.
