Running a computer repair shop shouldn't feel this hard

Features
Built for computer repair shops, not adapted from generic POS
Every feature is shaped by how computer repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.
Diagnostic checklists
Pre-built templates for virus removal, hardware diagnostics, OS reinstall and data recovery. Nothing gets skipped, every tech follows the same standard.
Customer data privacy
Lockable customer-data notes per ticket. Track which devices contain customer data, who accessed them, and when backups were taken.
Parts and component orders
Order RAM, SSDs, batteries, fans and screens against the open ticket. Track ETA, mark received, and automatically notify the customer.
Integrated POS
One terminal for repair payments, retail walk-in sales and accessory upsells. Split payments, EFTPOS, gift cards and email receipts — no separate till app.
Invoicing & receipts
Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.
Business / B2B accounts
Manage corporate accounts and net-30 billing. Record the business ABN, group every device and invoice under one customer, set the payment terms per invoice, and put regular service work on a recurring schedule.
How it works
From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps
01
Intake the machine
Snap a photo, log the serial/asset tag, capture stated symptoms and confirm whether customer data needs to be preserved.
02
Diagnose and price
Run the diagnostic checklist, identify required parts, and price each line on the ticket before you confirm the job with the customer.
03
Repair and validate
Update the status as you progress. Run post-repair tests, and document outcomes against the original symptoms.
04
Hand back the machine
Issue an invoice, take payment at the POS, and email the customer the repair summary and warranty terms.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I track both PC and Mac repairs in one place?
Yes. The platform is platform-agnostic — track Windows desktops, Macs, Linux workstations, gaming PCs and laptops side by side. Repair types and pricing are yours to define; the seven-status ticket workflow they run on is the same for every device.
How does it handle customer data privacy?
Each ticket has lockable customer-data notes, optional encryption for passwords, and an audit trail of who viewed sensitive fields. You can also flag a ticket as containing customer data and require sign-off before any wipe.
Can I price up parts before committing to the job?
Yes. Build the parts list against the open ticket and price it there, then only commit to the order once the customer has said yes. Approval is a conversation you have — the platform doesn't collect a digital sign-off.
Does it support business customers and net-30 billing?
Yes. Record the business ABN on the customer, group all their devices and invoices under them, and set the payment terms on each invoice — net 30 by default, or whatever you've agreed. Outstanding and overdue totals stay live, and unpaid invoices are chased automatically from three days before the due date through to 30 days overdue.
Can I track warranty status and serial numbers?
Yes. Every device gets a serial/asset record. Warranty expiry dates feed into ticket flags so techs know upfront whether a repair is in-warranty.
Will I need to retrain my technicians?
No. Most computer techs are productive on the platform within 1–2 days. The interface follows standard repair-shop workflows — diagnose, quote, repair, invoice.
