Built for camera repair shops, not adapted from generic POS

Every feature is shaped by how camera repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.

Photo intake

Document body condition, lens mount, sensor and accessories at intake. Every scratch, dust spot and missing cap stored on the ticket.

Specialist parts sourcing

Vintage parts and rare lens components often come from specialist suppliers. Track each order with its ETA and supplier reference.

Calibration checklist

Autofocus, exposure, white balance — calibration steps enforced before a camera moves to "Ready for Pickup". Customers leave with a properly tested camera.

Per-component pricing

Quote a sensor clean and a lens recollimation on the same ticket. Each component has its own price line, but the customer sees one tidy invoice.

Integrated POS

One terminal for repair payments, retail walk-in sales and accessory upsells. Split payments, EFTPOS, gift cards and email receipts — no separate till app.

Invoicing & receipts

Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.

From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps

01

Intake the camera

Snap photos of body, lens, mount and accessories. Log brand, model, serial and stated issue.

02

Diagnose and quote

Bench-test the camera, identify components needing service, and send a multi-line quote for customer approval.

03

Service the components

Sensor clean, shutter swap, lens recollimation — each step is a status update and an SMS to the customer.

04

Calibrate and pickup

Run autofocus and exposure calibration. Attach the test images to the ticket. Invoice and hand back.

Shops that switched saw results fast

Calibration used to be the step I forgot. The enforced checklist means every camera leaves my bench properly tested.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track DSLR, mirrorless and film cameras?

Yes. The platform handles modern DSLRs, mirrorless bodies, point-and-shoot, medium format and vintage film cameras. Custom models cover anything unusual.

Does it manage lens repairs separately from bodies?

Yes. Lenses can be tracked as their own item or linked to a camera body. Lens-only services like recollimation and autofocus calibration get their own workflows.

How does the calibration checklist work?

Each repair type has a calibration step that must be ticked off before the ticket moves to pickup. AF, exposure and white balance are configurable per camera brand.

Can I record intake condition with photos?

Yes. Snap multiple photos of body, lens, mount, sensor and accessories. The photos attach permanently and appear at pickup alongside the final test images.

How are vintage and specialist parts tracked?

Each parts order links to a supplier and an ETA. Specialist suppliers can be flagged separately from main distributors and given different lead-time defaults.

Can I generate test images and attach them?

Yes. Upload post-repair test images directly to the ticket. The customer pickup summary includes them — proof the work is done properly.
