Running a watch repair shop shouldn't feel this hard
Most shops still run on paper tickets and spreadsheets. It's messy, slow, and quietly costs you money every day.

Features
Built for watch repair shops, not adapted from generic POS
Every feature is shaped by how watch repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.
Long lead-time parts
Vintage and movement parts often take weeks to source. Track every order, set ETA reminders, and notify the customer the moment the part arrives.
Long jobs stay on one ticket
An overhaul sits in In Progress for weeks without going quiet. Log disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, regulation and water test as dated notes and checklist items against the ticket, so the bench history is there when the customer rings.
Photo intake
Capture intake photos of the dial, case-back, movement and bracelet condition. End any pickup dispute before it starts.
Watchmaker queue
Each watchmaker has a dedicated queue. Assign quick battery jobs to one bench, complex overhauls to another, and balance the load.
Invoicing & receipts
Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.
Integrated POS
One terminal for repair payments, retail walk-in sales and accessory upsells. Split payments, EFTPOS, gift cards and email receipts — no separate till app.
How it works
From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps
01
Intake the watch
Photograph the dial, case and movement. Log brand, reference, serial and stated complaint. Take a deposit if required.
02
Diagnose and price
Open the movement, identify the work and parts needed, and price it on the ticket — confirmed with the customer before work begins.
03
Service the movement
Work through disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, regulation and water test, logging each against the ticket as you go. Waiting Parts pauses it visibly when a component is on order.
04
Final test and pickup
Run timing and water tests, attach the certificate to the ticket, invoice the customer and hand the watch back.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I track multi-week movement overhauls?
Yes, on one ticket. The status set is fixed — Received, Diagnosing, In Progress, Waiting Parts, Ready, Collected, Paid — so an overhaul lives in In Progress, drops to Waiting Parts when a component is on order, and carries the bench phases as dated notes and checklist items underneath. You choose which of those status changes text the customer.
How does it handle long lead-time parts?
Each parts order is linked to its ticket with an ETA, supplier and tracking note. Reminders nudge the watchmaker before the customer asks.
Can I store intake photos of the dial, case and movement?
Yes. Snap multiple photos per ticket. They're attached permanently and visible at pickup, so condition disputes can't happen.
Does it support battery-only jobs as well as full services?
Yes. A battery swap can go Received → Diagnosing → In Progress → Ready in an afternoon; an overhaul runs the same seven statuses over six weeks with the bench detail in notes. Same ticket, both speeds.
Can I record timing-machine results and water-test results?
Yes. Attach rate/beat error, amplitude and water-test outcomes to the ticket. They print on the customer's pickup certificate.
Will this work for vintage and modern brands equally?
Yes. The device database covers modern Swiss, Japanese and American brands, plus custom entries for vintage references with no production data.
