Everything below is built into the platform.
POS, inventory, repairs, reporting, payments and more — no second apps. The pricing table shows what each plan includes.
POS, inventory, repairs, reporting, payments and more — one platform, no second apps. The pricing table shows exactly what each plan includes.
Every job tracked from drop-off to pickup — without the paper.
Photo intake, status workflows, technician assignment, parts tracking, customer SMS — every repair on one ticket, every ticket on one workflow.
Automatic texts, emails and a live tracker link — fewer “is it ready?” calls.
Every status change you nominate texts and emails the customer for you, from your own number and your own domain — and a public tracker link lets them check where the repair is up to without calling the counter.
One terminal for repairs, retail and walk-in sales.
Ring up repair pickups, accessory sales and walk-ins from the same screen that runs your repair tickets. No second app, no double-entry — just take payment and move on.
Parts, products and stock — across every location, in real time.
Track every screen, battery, accessory and product. Set low-stock thresholds, run stocktakes, transfer between stores and never quote a repair you can't finish.
Professional invoices, automatic reminders, clean reconciliation.
Generate GST-compliant invoices in a click. Email them as a branded PDF, let the platform chase the unpaid ones for you, and never hand-write a receipt again. Built for Australian businesses — only Australian tax invoices are currently supported.
Card, cash, gift card, split — every way a customer wants to pay.
Take card, EFTPOS, cash and gift card from one platform, on a Stripe or Square terminal. Split tenders, surcharges, refunds — all reconciled at end of day.
Customers book a time while the shop is shut.
Share a booking link or paste it into your own website. Customers pick a location, a day and a time you can actually take — then the booking lands at the counter with the device, the fault and their contact details already on it.
Ask any question of your business. Get a chart back.
Sales by tech, repair revenue by device, COGS by month, customer LTV — every metric on a dashboard. Plus an AI report that surfaces what's quietly hurting profit.
Ask your business anything. Get an answer in seconds.
No dashboards to build and no reports to wrangle. Ask a question in plain English — repair revenue, top devices, staff performance — and the AI analyst answers from your live sales, repairs and inventory data.
Email and AI campaigns — sent from inside the platform.
Build audiences from your customer data. Send email campaigns on a schedule. Or let the AI write the campaign for you. Opens, clicks and unsubscribes tracked on every send.
Run one store, two stores or ten — same platform, one dashboard.
Per-store inventory, staff permissions per location, inter-store transfers, central reporting, consolidated billing. Scaling from one shop to a chain just got easier.
Staff accounts, roles, PINs and attribution — all in one place.
Give every staff member their own login. Set roles. Put a PIN in front of refunds, gift cards and settings. Every sale, refund and repair carries the name of who did it. No more shared accounts.
Apple, Samsung, Google and 20+ brands built in.
Pick the brand, model and fault in two clicks — no free-typing “iPhone 14 Pro” five different ways. Every repair lands on a clean device record with its own pricing, history and turnaround stats.
Refunds that stay in the shop, balances your customers can trust.
Issue store credit instead of cash refunds. Apply it at the POS in a tap. Multi-location, fully audited — and no paper IOUs.
Sell them, redeem them, track every dollar.
Physical or digital, custom amount or fixed denominations. Sell at the POS, redeem at any location, every dollar on a ledger — gift cards that actually drive new customers.
A ticket tells you about one job. These three views tell you about the week — what is on the bench, when it is due, and who is carrying it.
The calendar is a month of the bench in your own timezone. Every repair is drawn as a bar running from the day it came in to the day it is due back, coloured by status, so you can see what a week is already carrying before you promise the next customer a turnaround. Click a bar and that ticket opens. More detail is on the calendar view in the documentation.
Staff workload totals the same jobs the other way round: open jobs, overdue jobs and what is due in the next seven days, for each technician — plus a bucket for the jobs nobody owns yet. Click any row to see just those jobs. The counts are written up in staff workload.
Assignment itself happens on the ticket, with a staff PIN, so who assigned the job is on the record — and the technician is emailed the device, the work on the job, the status it is at and the due date. If they have no email address on file, the screen tells you they were not notified. Reassign or unassign at any time; each change is written to the ticket's history. See Repair Ticket Management for the rest of the ticket, or how assignment works for the step-by-step.
Smaller pieces the pricing table links straight to — each one built in, not an add-on.
Automatic repair-status and appointment texts, sent through your own Twilio number so replies come straight to you.
A public link your customers use to check where their repair is up to — including the day it's expected ready — fewer where's-my-phone calls.
Text or email a priced quote from the ticket — the customer taps Approve or No thanks on their phone, and the answer lands back on the ticket.
Invoices carry a secure payment link — the customer sees the invoice and pays the outstanding balance by card, through your own Stripe account.
When a job is picked up, ask the customer for a review — your own review link, your own wording, at most one ask per customer every 90 days.
Flag a ticket as mail-in and record inbound and outbound carrier plus tracking numbers and a return address, prefilled from the customer where one's on file. A staff PIN stamps the device as arrived, and the SMS and email templates can drop the outbound tracking number straight into the customer's update.
Record the device's IMEI or serial on the ticket, search by it, and see every previous job on the same device the moment it comes back.
Connect Xero or QuickBooks and keep your sales flowing into your accounting file.
Bring your products and customers across from your current system with guided CSV import.
A play copy of your shop — same products, prices, staff and settings, plus a month of made-up trading — where you can sell, refund, invoice and experiment. No email, SMS, card charge or accounting sync leaves it, every document is stamped as not a tax invoice, it runs on the top plan so you can try any module, and Reset wipes it back to a fresh copy.
Every customer's history — sales, repairs, invoices and contact details — in one record, with CSV import and export.
Standard prices per device and repair type, so every staff member quotes the same job the same way.
Set a warranty period for your repairs, see at a glance whether a device that comes back is still covered, and raise a warranty claim linked to the job it re-does.
Describe the fault at intake and the AI assistant suggests likely causes and repairs to check first.
Order stock in for a specific customer, take a deposit at the counter, and settle the balance on pickup.
Buy a device at the counter: record the make, model, IMEI or serial, a condition grade and who you bought it from. The cash payout needs a supervisor PIN and comes off the drawer at end of day. The device is booked in as second-hand stock at what you paid, held off the shelf until you price it, then sells like anything else.
Share your own referral link. A shop that signs up through it gets a discount you set, up to 20%, off its first three months on a paid plan — applied automatically at checkout — and you earn 20% of every invoice it pays for its first year, paid out by bank transfer. You see the business's name and whether it subscribed, never its contact details.
Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes and apply them at the till.
A hosted page for your shop with your logo, details and an enquiry form customers can contact you through.
A trade webshop where your wholesale customers browse your catalogue and place orders online.
Pick a business account, tick off its finished repairs, and bill them on one invoice with a line per job instead of one invoice per ticket.
A security feed of your account's activity — sign-ins, refunds, till events — with unusual patterns flagged.
Invoices, receipts and reminders sent from your own domain, with your own email templates.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on every plan.
Every 15 minutes an encrypted backup ships to separate storage — nothing for you to set up or remember.
If something goes badly wrong, your data can be restored to any point in the last 7 days.
All application data is hosted in Australia (AWS Sydney).
One-time login codes protect staff accounts, and owners can enforce 2FA for the whole company.
Sign-ins, refunds, voids and other sensitive actions are recorded and reviewable, with a live view of active sessions.
A Training menu in the app with our training partners: TTA Courses — part of the same group as RepairTree — for phone and computer repair certificates, online or on-site at your shop; and SkillTiles for bite-sized repair and business skills.
The same booking form, the same diary behind it — you choose where customers meet it. Turn it on in Bookings → Settings and you get both.
Copy one line from your settings and paste it into your site — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, whatever you already run. The form appears inside your page, in your layout, with your header and footer around it. Customers never leave your website.
No website? You still get an address to hand out — put it on a business card, a shopfront sticker, your Google listing or an SMS. It shows your shop name, your locations and opening hours, and carries repair tracking alongside the booking form.
Customers get a confirmation email with the time, your address and phone number, and a link to cancel themselves — plus a text message if you want one. Ask for device details or leave them out, depending on what you book people in for.
Free to start. No credit card required. Set up in under 5 minutes.
