Professional invoices, automatic reminders, clean reconciliation.
Generate GST-compliant invoices in a click. Email them as a branded PDF, let the platform chase the unpaid ones for you, and never hand-write a receipt again. Built for Australian businesses — only Australian tax invoices are currently supported.
The shortcuts add up — until they don't. Here's what changes when you stop running the workaround.
Every capability below is in the platform — no add-on, no second app, no hidden tier.
These are the parts that matter — designed for the way real repair shops work.
Australian GST applied automatically per line. The invoice meets ATO requirements out of the box — ABN, GST breakdown, payment terms, the lot.
Email the invoice in one click as a branded PDF — your logo, your accent colour, your bank details for transfer. Subject and message templates are yours to set.
Set up recurring invoices for service contracts, fleet customers or subscription services. The system generates and emails each one on the schedule you set — weekly through to yearly.
Five reminders per invoice, sent on their own: a courtesy note three days before it's due, one on the day, then at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue. One email per invoice — an already-late invoice never gets a burst of back-dated notices.
Issue credit notes linked to the original invoice. Apply them to future invoices, refund them, or convert to store credit — all tracked cleanly.
Record payments against an invoice as they arrive — counter, bank transfer or card. The invoice sits at part-paid with the balance updating each time, and reminders chase only what is still outstanding.
From a repair, a sale or a manual entry. GST applies automatically. Customer details pull from the CRM.
One click emails the invoice as a branded PDF with your bank details on it. Or print a hard copy for the counter.
Take payment at the counter or record a bank transfer against the invoice. Part payments are supported — the balance updates as you go.
The platform emails the customer before the due date and again at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue. A paid or voided invoice drops out of the sequence immediately.
“Status updates go out on their own as the job moves, so most people already know their device is ready before they think to ring.”
“Two shops used to mean two versions of the truth. Now every job, every tech and every parts order sits in one place, and I can answer a customer's question about their repair without ringing the other store.”
“Every phone that comes through the door gets logged with photos and a condition check, so nothing goes missing and no job gets forgotten.”
Yes. Australian GST applies automatically per line. Invoices meet ATO requirements out of the box — ABN, GST breakdown, payment terms and totals.
Yes. Each invoice gets up to five reminder emails on its own — three days before the due date, on the day, then at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue. Only one email goes out per invoice per run, so an invoice that is already late when reminders start gets a single current notice rather than a burst of back-dated ones. Paid, part-settled and voided invoices drop out of the sequence.
The emailed PDF carries your bank details for direct transfer, and you can take card in store on a Stripe or Square terminal. Record the payment against the invoice — part payments included — and the balance and reminder sequence update from there.
Yes. Set up a recurring schedule — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or yearly — and the platform generates and emails each invoice automatically on that cadence.
Issue a credit note linked to the original invoice. Apply it to a future invoice, refund it, or convert it to store credit. The audit trail is automatic.
Yes. Set your default payment terms — net 30 or whatever you trade on — and every invoice carries the terms and due date. Outstanding and overdue totals stay live, and the reminder sequence runs off the due date.
Yes. Xero and QuickBooks Online connect over OAuth and sync invoices across, with a retry queue if the connection drops. CSV export covers anything else.
Practical write-ups for repair shops — pricing, workflow, parts and the counter.
