Servicing by make and model, tyre and chain jobs, gear on the same till.
Track every bike and scooter through the workshop from booking to pickup. Service by make and model, log tyre, chain and sprocket jobs, and sell helmets and gear from the same POS.
Running a motorcycle repair shop shouldn't feel this hard
Most shops still run on paper tickets and spreadsheets. It's messy, slow, and quietly costs you money every day.
Service intervals tracked in a diary
Every past service kept against the bike
Wrong sprocket ordered for the chain
Chain and sprocket spec logged at intake
Riders ringing to ask if the bike's done
Automatic SMS on the statuses you nominate
Helmets and gloves rung up on a second till
Gear and workshop payments on the one POS
Tyres promised without checking stock
Live tyre and consumable stock by size and model
No record of the scratch that arrived with it
Photo intake at drop-off, kept on the ticket

Features
Built for motorcycle repair shops, not adapted from generic POS
Every feature is shaped by how motorcycle repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.
Servicing by make and model
Log each bike with its make, model and rego, then price the service against it. Every past service and part fitted stays on that bike, so the next visit starts with the history.
Tyre and parts inventory
Track tyres by size alongside chains, sprockets, pads, filters and oil. Set a low-stock threshold on each and watch the short ones surface on the dashboard before you promise a fitting.
Customer SMS updates
Riders would rather not ring the shop. Automatic texts on the status changes you nominate — Diagnosing, Waiting Parts, Ready — and the front counter goes quiet.
Integrated POS
One terminal for repair payments, retail walk-in sales and accessory upsells. Split payments, EFTPOS, gift cards and email receipts — no separate till app.
Invoicing & receipts
Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.
Multi-store dashboard
Run one location or a chain — same platform. Compare revenue per store, manage staff permissions centrally and transfer jobs between sites.
How it works
From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps
01
Bike booked in
Log the make, model, rego and reported fault with intake photos. Customers can book the slot themselves through your public booking page.
02
Diagnose and price
Put each job and part on the ticket, priced, and confirm it with the rider by text or email before the fairings come off.
03
Service and update
Move the ticket through the workshop statuses. The changes you've nominated text and email the rider automatically.
04
Pickup, gear and payment
GST invoice from the ticket, paid at the POS — along with the helmet or gloves picked up on the way out.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep service history per bike?
Yes. Every service, repair and part fitted stays against that bike's make, model and rego, so the next visit opens with the history already on the ticket.
Does it handle tyre, chain and sprocket jobs?
Yes. Each is a priced line on the ticket, with tyres tracked in stock by size and chains, sprockets, pads and filters tracked alongside them. The system warns you before you quote a fitting if the part isn't in stock.
Can I sell helmets, gloves and accessories on the same system?
Yes. The POS is built in — gear, oil and accessories sell from the same terminal that takes workshop payments, with inventory, barcode scanning and end-of-day reconciliation.
Will riders be told when the bike is ready?
Yes. Pick which status changes reach them, write the message once with their name and bike dropped in, and moving the ticket to Ready texts and emails them immediately. SMS runs on your own Twilio account, so you pay Twilio directly.
Can customers book a service online?
Yes. Your public booking page takes the booking with capacity caps, and each booking converts straight into a ticket. It takes no payment itself, so deposits are still collected at the counter.
Can I run more than one workshop on the account?
Yes. The Multi plan covers up to five locations with central reporting, staff permissions and stock transfers between sites. Beyond five, talk to our sales team.
