Running a wireless repair shop shouldn't feel this hard

Features
Built for wireless repair shops, not adapted from generic POS
Every feature is shaped by how wireless repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.
Device unlock tracking
Each unlock request links to a supplier, an ETA and an IMEI. Status SMS fires when the unlock code arrives — customer doesn't have to wait at the counter.
Phone, tablet & wearable workflows
Separate workflows for iPhones, tablets, smartwatches and IoT devices. Each gets the right repair types, parts and pickup checklist.
Accessory upsell at POS
The POS prompts the upsell at checkout — case, screen protector, charger, earbuds. Track attach rates per location and per staff member.
Carrier handoff
Capture activation steps, SIM swap, eSIM transfer and number porting on a structured checklist. Nothing falls between you and the carrier.
Invoicing & receipts
Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.
Multi-store dashboard
Run one location or a chain — same platform. Compare revenue per store, manage staff permissions centrally and transfer jobs between sites.
How it works
From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps
01
Customer walks in
Identify the device, the carrier, the service required — repair, unlock, accessory sale or activation.
02
Price and confirm
Price the job on the ticket. Repairs and unlocks both run through the same workflow and the same status notifications.
03
Service and update
Update statuses as work progresses. Customer gets SMS at each step — repair done, unlock received, activation complete.
04
Pickup and cross-sell
POS prompts the accessory upsell, issues an invoice, completes the carrier activation, and the customer walks out fully set up.
Results
Shops that switched saw results fast
“Onboarding a new tech used to take weeks of shadowing. The intake and repair steps are the same at every site now, so they follow the process instead of learning someone's habits.”

Renata
Large repair shop network
“The quote, the parts and the final invoice all come off the one ticket, so what I tell someone at drop-off is what they pay at pickup.”

“Status updates go out on their own as the job moves, so most people already know their device is ready before they think to ring.”

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I track phone unlocks alongside repairs?
Yes. Unlock requests have their own ticket type with supplier, IMEI and ETA fields. Customers get an SMS when the unlock code arrives — they don't have to wait at the counter.
Does it support tablet and smartwatch repairs?
Yes. Separate workflows for iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet, Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch — each with the right repair types and parts.
Can I sell accessories and devices from the same POS?
Yes. The POS handles phone repairs, accessory sales (cases, chargers, earbuds), device sales and trade-ins on one terminal.
How does carrier activation work?
Each activation gets a structured checklist — SIM/eSIM, number port, plan select, customer confirmation. The status reaches "Active" only when every step is signed off.
Can I run multiple wireless stores from one account?
Yes. The Multi plan covers up to five stores with centralised reporting, staff permissions and inventory transfers between locations. Need more than five? Talk to our sales team.
Does it integrate with carriers directly?
Carrier integrations are partial today (activation workflows, port-in tracking). Direct API integrations with major carriers are on the roadmap.
