Crash diagnostics, parts and post-repair calibration in one ticket.
Track every DJI, Autel and FPV drone through your shop. Capture flight logs, manage motor and gimbal stock, and validate calibration before handing the bird back.
Running a drone repair shop shouldn't feel this hard
Most shops still run on paper tickets and spreadsheets. It's messy, slow, and quietly costs you money every day.
Forgetting which firmware the customer was on
Firmware version captured at intake and after repair
Skipping IMU/compass calibration post-repair
Calibration checklist enforced before pickup
Loose props and motors on the bench
Parts inventory by drone model and motor size
No record of crash damage at intake
Photo and video evidence stored with the ticket
Customers expecting same-day on a gimbal job

Features
Built for drone repair shops, not adapted from generic POS
Every feature is shaped by how drone repair businesses actually work — not retrofitted from a generic retail platform.
Crash diagnostics
Capture crash photos, video and the customer's flight log at intake. Diagnose damage systematically — props, motors, ESCs, gimbal, frame.
Drone parts inventory
Track props, motors, ESCs, batteries, gimbals and frames by drone model. Know what's in stock before quoting an FPV rebuild.
Calibration checklists
Pre-built checklists for IMU, compass, gimbal and ESC calibration. No drone leaves the bench without the post-repair test signed off.
Customer SMS updates
Customers get a text when the diagnosis is complete, when parts arrive, and when the test flight passes. Zero status calls.
Integrated POS
One terminal for repair payments, retail walk-in sales and accessory upsells. Split payments, EFTPOS, gift cards and email receipts — no separate till app.
Invoicing & receipts
Generate professional GST/tax-compliant invoices in one click. Email them instantly, track payment status, and chase unpaid balances automatically.
How it works
From drop-off to pickup, in 4 steps
01
Intake after the crash
Photograph the damage, log firmware and serial, and capture the customer's flight log if available.
02
Diagnose and price
Identify damaged components, check parts stock, and price the job on the ticket — confirmed with the customer before any work begins.
03
Repair and calibrate
Swap parts, then run the IMU, compass and gimbal calibration checklists. Each step is logged against the ticket.
04
Test flight and pickup
Run a post-repair flight test, attach the result, invoice the customer, and hand back a drone ready to fly.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I track repairs for DJI, Autel and custom FPV drones?
Yes. The platform supports DJI Mavic, Mini, Air, Phantom and Inspire, Autel EVO, plus custom FPV builds. Add custom drone models for one-off builds.
Does it track motors, ESCs and gimbal parts by model?
Yes. Inventory is keyed by drone model, motor size and component type. The quoting screen warns if a part isn't available before you commit.
Can I record firmware version at intake and after repair?
Yes. Firmware is a structured field on the ticket — intake and post-repair are logged separately for the pickup summary.
Can I put a post-repair calibration check in front of pickup?
Yes. Define your calibration items and they appear on the transition into Ready, are ticked off by the tech, and are stored on the ticket with their name and the time. It is a prompt and a record, not a hard block — a tech in a hurry can still move the ticket, and the gap shows in the history.
How are test-flight results stored?
Attach the test-flight outcome — pass, fail, notes — directly to the ticket. The customer pickup summary includes this confirmation.
Is it suitable for both consumer DJI repairs and pro FPV builds?
Yes. Use quick-service templates for consumer DJI drones, and detailed multi-step workflows for FPV rebuilds — same platform, both speeds.
